The 38th Annual St. Albans Festival of Lights is a free drive-through Christmas lights display at St. Albans City Park, 931 Observatory Drive, St. Albans, WV 25177. It is open nightly from 6 pm to 9 pm, November 27 through December 23, 2026. It is closed December 24 and 25. The final night is December 26, 6 pm to 9 pm.
Visit the Santa House at Roadside Park, 612-736 MacCorkle Avenue, across from Kroger. It is open nightly November 27 through December 23, 6 pm to 9 pm. Families can take their own pictures with Santa.
2026 St. Albans Festival of Lights Schedule
- Nov. 24: Walking Tours, 6 pm to 8 pm (foot traffic only). Meet in the St. Albans High School parking lot.
- Nov. 25: Free Hayrides, 6 pm to 8 pm. Park and meet at Coleman Field.
- Nov. 27 to Dec. 23: Open nightly to vehicles, 6 pm to 9 pm.
- Dec. 24 and 25: Closed for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
- Dec. 26: Final Night, 6 pm to 9 pm.
- Santa House: Nightly Nov. 27 to Dec. 23, 6 pm to 9 pm, at Roadside Park, 612-736 MacCorkle Avenue (across from Kroger).
What does it cost?
There is no charge. We accept monetary and canned food donations. Monetary donations support the festival. Food donations go to local food banks.
